Our committee consists of the following dedicated individuals:

Robert E. Fenza - Chairman

Robert E. Fenza is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Liberty Property Trust.  Mr. Fenza joined Rouse & Associates, Liberty’s predecessor, in 1984 as managing partner for the Lehigh Valley region.  In 1990, he became the company’s northern division manager, overseeing real estate operations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.  In 1993, Mr. Fenza was named Executive Vice President, and in 2000 promoted to Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Fenza is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and is an active alumnus.  He is a recipient of the 2002 Penn State Alumni Achievement Award and in 2004, was named an Alumni Fellow.  He also chairs the Development Committee for the College of Arts and was awarded Penn State Volunteer of the year for 2012. In addition, Mr. Fenza serves on several business and non-profit boards, including, Chairman of the Friends of East Whiteland Fire and Ambulance Company, FM Global Advisory Board, Natural Lands’ Trust Advisory Board, the Chester County Agriculture Advisory Board, the Charter High School for Architecture and Design, the PENJERDEL Council.

Linda M. Csete

Mrs. Csete was appointed Township Manager for Charlestown Township on January 3, 2011.  Charlestown Township is located in Chester County, PA having a population of 5,671. She has worked for the Township since 1990 in several key capacities, including Township Secretary and Township Treasurer, and continues to hold those positions.

Mrs. Csete graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the Pennsylvania State University in 1978 and began her career as Office Manager for a regional manufacturer’s representative firm in Huntingdon Valley.

Mrs. Csete is a resident of West Whiteland Township, where she resides with her husband of 34 years.  They have two grown children.

Mark Brunstetter

Mark Brustetter is the Director of Security at Siemens Healthcare which is located in Great Valley.  Mark is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors East Whiteland Township Volunteer Fire Association.  He was formally Assistant Chief of the fire association and severed as an EMT.  Mark studied Criminal Justice at West Chester University.  Mark currently resides in Lionville pa.

John DeMarco

John DeMarco entered the fire service in 1976. He is certified by The National Board of Fire Service Professional Qualifications for Firefighter, Fire Officer, Hazardous Materials, Airport Firefighter, Fire Investigator and Fire Instructor. He is a Pennsylvania State Fire Academy Instructor where he teaches firefighting, rescue and other disciplines related to fire department operations. He is also a Pennsylvania Department of Health Emergency Medical Services Instructor, a Fire Instructor at the Salem County, New Jersey Fire Academy and a lecturer at Neumann University, The University of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine on the Forensics of Fire Investigations. He holds a degree in Criminal Justice and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. He is a recipient of awards and commendations for efforts within the fire department and my actions on the fireground.    

Bill Holmes

Bill Holmes is a member of the East Whiteland Township Board of Supervisors and has previously served as Chairman of the Board.  During his entire tenure as Township Supervisor, Bill has served as the township representative on the East Whiteland Township Volunteer Fire Association board of directors.

Bill has spent his entire career as an IT professional and has been employed by The Vanguard Group since 1995.  Throughout his career, Bill has worked as a project manager, technical lead and software developer.

Bill and his wife Veronica have lived in East Whiteland since 1996.

Frederick C. Alston

Fred began working in data processing while still in high school, in an early program with the University of Pittsburgh and the Carnegie Institute of Technology.  After working for companies such as Burroughs and ARCO Chemical, Fred started his own consulting business, which had a successful run of over 20 years.

He began working with Charlestown Township as the volunteer Fire Marshal and doubled as the township’s computer tech.  Eventually he became the paid Fire Marshal and Public Works Superintendent, and was with the township for nearly 20 years, until his retirement in 2011 when he started Alston Municipal Services.

Fred is proud to be a Vietnam-era veteran.  He has also served on the Board of Directors of the East Whiteland Township Volunteer Fire Association for over 30 years.

Thomas A. Fillippo

Tom resides in Charlestown Township with his Wife Joanne and President is Devault Foods a manufacturing facility in Devault.  Tom was formerly a teacher and athletic director in Great Valley School District.  Tom also coached at Malvern Preparatory school as a football coach.  Growing up locally he graduated from Great Valley High School and attended West Chester University.  Tom has served on the board of The West Chester University Council of Trustees, West Chester University Foundation, Sturzebecker Foundation, Paoli Hospital Foundation Board, Great Valley High School Alumni Association, Central & Western Industrial Development Authority, and the Chester County Industrial Development Authority.  Professionally Tom has served on the board of The Chester County Chamber of Commerce, Chester Country Development Council, Great Valley Regional Chamber Of Commerce, DNB First Bank, American Meat Institute, PA Meat Packers Association, and the Eastern Meat Packers Association

Bob Flick

Bob served twelve terms the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He was first elected in 1982 to represent the 167th Legislative District which included portions of Delaware and Chester Counties.  He also holds an Associate Broker License in real estate and earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Villanova University.  He served with and was honorably discharged from the USAR 358th Civil Affairs Headquarters Company, 1966-1972.  Bob and his wife, Patti, reside in Malvern. They have three married sons and are the proud grandparents of nine grandchildren.

Terry Woodman

Terry Woodman is the Manager of East Whiteland Township and serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Township.  She is responsible to the Board of Supervisors as a whole for the proper and efficient administration of all departments, personnel and affairs of the Township.  

In addition to her work on behalf of the Friends of the East Whiteland Township Fire and Ambulance Company, Ms. Woodman serves on the Boards of the Chester County Water Resources Authority, the Transportation Management Association of Chester County (TMACC), Malvern Federal Savings Bank, and the Woodlynde School a K through 12 school for children with diverse learning styles.

Before being appointed as Manager of East Whiteland Township in 2001, Ms. Woodman served as Assistant Township Manager in Tredyffrin Township for 15 years.  She has a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, in Geography with a minor in Urban Planning from West Chester University.

Eric Light

Eric Light is Regional Vice President of Chester County for Penn Liberty Bank. Eric became part of Penn Liberty Bank's team in 2006. As the Chester County based company grew from 3 offices to 10, Eric continued to gain responsibility and oversight of the service and community outreach.

Eric is a graduate of Susquehanna University where he earned his bachelors in Marketing. Mr. Light served on the East Whiteland Volunteer Fire Company board for several years and has worked closely with many Chester County non-profits. Eric resides in East Fallowfield PA with his wife and two daughters.

Mary Ann Severance

President , Great Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce

Since 1998, Mary Ann has served as President of the Chamber. The Great Valley Regional Chamber represent the Hi-Tech business community of Great Valley and the 202 corridor. Mary Ann's role as President is to continue the Chamber's mission  in  promoting area business, and to  represent the needs of the business community in and around the Great Valley.

She has served on numerous committes including the CAC Committee for the PA Turnpike, Paoli Hospital Community Committee, and served on the Board of Directors of Home of the Sparrow as Treasurer, Secretary and President.

As a resident of Malvern Borough she has been Halloween Parade Coordinator for over 20 years.
